Return at a store
You may return any item purchased at Edenvale store for a faster processing, please bring the invoice along with goods.
Return by mail via the carrier of your choice
Write reason on paper and place it with the copy of invoice in the box of your return, mail it via the carrier of your choice.
Use our courier service
Pay the charge up front and we arrange collection for you. Please include the invoice and written description in the box with the return, await courier to collect then.
Exchange (Damaged, defective or incorrect items)
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it and exchange at Edenvale store. We'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail, please call or email to let us know when returns will be received.
Refund (Defective, incompatible or incorrect items)
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid.
A 10% handling fee will be charged if the goods are returned after 8 days of purchase.
No refund will be approved if products are returned after 15 days from the date of purchase
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited if we couldn’t even find on our system or payment in the bank account.
Customized orders made especially for you are non-returnable. Customized Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes.
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched may be denied a return.
Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
All goods carry a 12 month, carry-in warranty from the date of purchase.
All faulty/defective goods returned for replacement shall take 1- 3 working days for thorough testing, examination, and evaluation. It will then be approved once the inspection process of the goods is complete.
All replaced parts will have the warranty continued from the date of the original purchase and not from the date returned until the warranty has expired.
All goods remain the property of LASA until such time as they have been fully paid for. The company reserves the right to use all available legal resources to have the goods returned if any amount due by the customer is unpaid. Interest will be accrued and charged on all overdue amounts still outstanding.
All shipping costs paid when LASA originally shipped the goods are non-refundable and LASAis not liable for the shipping costs of sending goods back for exchange or return the delivery back to the customer unless there is irrefutable proof that the goods were incorrectly supplied by LASA due to negligence.
Please take note of the laptop LED/LCD screen or laptop battery that may have compatibility issues resulting in non-functional outcomes. The company will not be held responsible or liable for the cost incurred due to necessary exchange or return after the fact.
